Performance Marketing Manager at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team.
This professional will be responsible for driving and supporting performance marketing efforts to grow lead volume and lead value for the business.
This position will report directly to our Paid Social & Display Senior Manager and will ensure optimal outcomes of paid social and display campaigns.
What You Will Do: - Drive the strategy and execution of our LinkedIn and Facebook campaigns, plus other emerging paid social and display channels, using best practices for B2B demand generation.
- Help transition to automated bidding strategies utilizing financial data by working with our data science team.
- Build, coordinate, and execute all paid social and display campaigns. - Work closely with marketing, sales, and data science departments to ensure strategy and content are aligned across the business. - Consistently experiment with new content, strategies, and landing pages to drive increased conversion rate. - Conduct A/B tests for ad copy variants, bidding strategies, audiences, and other metrics.
Here?s what we are looking for: - 3+ years of experience working on paid social campaigns (specifically B2B demand generation). - Strong experience with LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, landing page optimization, and implementing A/B testing.
Certification in some or all of the above is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, proactive, and great problem-solving skills. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with advanced English level. - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets. - US market experience is a plus. - Experience with budgeting and forecasting media spending to deliver positive ROI on business objectives is a plus. - Experience with developing and testing different creative assets for different audiences and/or with other ad networks like YouTube, Twitter, Quora, or Google Display Network is a plus.
