Job Role: Tender Support Operator

Location: Brasil

The role description:

• Work closely with both Operations and BD Teams to support the tender process thus ensuring all reviews and inputs to the process are accurate and timely;

• Review Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to identify critical requirements (i.e. dates, expertise required and timelines);

• Support with Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Requests for Information (RFI) related to tender development;

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate Expression of Interest (EOI) and distribution of tender documentation;

• Collect all proposal related input; track and report against approved proposal plans, schedules and mileConfidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)s; develop a coherent master bid document for review and Proposal Manager final approval

• Organise meetings for internal stakeholders, to acquire technical and commercial (including pricing) approach;

• Tailor compelling proposal content having captured the requirements by incorporating different inputs

• Proofread and edit written contributions of others;

• Facilitate lessons learnt reviews and capture feedback for continuous improvement on the bid process.

The person:

• At least one year’ experience of working within a bid or business winning process environment;

• Energy (O&G, Renewables, etc.) experience is preferable, though professional services experience will be strongly considered;

• Able to communicate with the required level of the organisations, also considering remote working conditions

• Working in an integrated team environment;

• Coordination support skills and experience

• Highly literate with excellent written English, meticulous attention to detail and proof reading skills;

• Spanish is a plus

• Ability to work to appropriate timescales and take responsibility and accountability for outcomes, in terms of delivery and proposal quality;

• Self-motivated and goal focused to meet challenging deadlines;

• Microsoft Office/Dynamics literate;

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced growing company;

Knowledge & experience

• 1-5 years’ working in a bid or business winning process environment;

• Understanding of Energy processes and market;

• Microsoft Office/Dynamics literate.
