Responsibilities:
Drafting and delivering presentations on targeted products.
Designing and installing customized software and hardware solutions for the customer needs, goals, and technical requirements for the implementation
Create implementation plans based on gathered requirements, including Project timelines, resource allocation, and system configurations.
Lead the implementation process by configuring, installing and integrating the company`s products or services into the cliente`s enviroment.
Providing post-installation follow-ups, and technical guidance and support during the implamentation phase, trobleshooting issues to align with teir business process.
Act as a liaison between the cliente, sales team, product development, and support teams, ensuring clear and effective communication troughout the implementation process.
Conduct training sessions for cliente stakeholders on how to use and mantein the implemented solution.
Create documentation, manuals, and guides to assist clientes in understanding and using the product effectively.
Testing the performance of the installed system, fixing bugs, and quality checks to ensure that the implemented solution meets client`s expectations and complies with the predefined standards.
Manage Project timelines, milestones, and resources effectively to ensure timely and sucessful implementations.
Knowledge of programming languages, databases, networking, etc., as required.
Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
Fluency in English
Previous work experience as a solutions engineer.
Project Manegement Skills
Familiarity with business hardware and software systems.
High-level communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Ability to create big-picture software solutions.
Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way.
Problem-solving skills
Attention to detail.
