Right now we?re looking for the next SaaS Sales Executive to play a key role in our Jivo Journey.
You may be the right person if you can: Convert our demo users into paying customers by showing a genuine desire to help people, understanding each users business goals and needs, be a trusted advisor and create a perfect match between the clients goals and our solution.
Generate long-term business relationships that require nurturing throughout the customer lifecycle and adapt the approach based on how our product and the clients business grow.
Build value and create meaningful conversations over the phone, via e-mail, or through chat Maintain up-to-date product and process knowledge Show motivation to always be better: overachieve on daily, weekly & monthly targets.
English Language skills at a fluent level.
A passion to continue a career in a sales role in a fast-paced environment.
Experience at a fast-paced tech company.
Closing sales role, preferably in B2B.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas.
The ability to steer a conversation, ask the right questions, and actively listen to reveal business needs and objections at the beginning of the sales cycle, turning low-interest into excitement.
The ability to frame a message in a clear, concise and compelling way on the phone, via e-mail and through chat.
The ability to make strong connections in a short period of time; empathy makes all the difference.
Endless curiosity and a desire to collaborate and share knowledge with other members of the sales team and cross-functional teams.
