Zurich Airport, which already invested in Floripa and Confins, is now expanding its operations in Brazil. We are looking for the team that will lead the new concessions of Vitória and Macaé Airports
Job Description
• Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle;
• Deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs;
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with line managers, suppliers, wider HR community and team members to create a partnership that delivers success and credibility;
• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires;
• Leverage all recruiting channels, including internal career site, both traditional and alternative sources to identify and recruit the very best candidates;
• Actively participate in continuous process improvement programmers by revising process effectiveness and efficiencies, recommending changes;
• Manage stakeholders in an effective way, work towards the highest level stakeholder satisfaction;
• Take responsibility for own project initiatives.
The Candidate
We are looking for professionals that want to be part of the infrastructure history in Brazil. In this stage, you are going to face more questions than answers, so we are looking for candidates that see the big picture, are independent and problem solvers. Having open and direct communications will also be key. As part of the transition team, you will work with multiple stakeholders to develop best-in-class airports
• Previous recruiting experience;
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in HR Management
• Result driven;
• Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization;
• Fluent English skills;
• Airport experience is a (big) plus
