Atividades Profissionais
Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data.
Work closely with HR to ensure all relevant monthly change data is received in time.
Develop and maintain knowledge of payroll software.
Will take care of answering questions from employees and managers regarding payroll, vacation, and benefits.
Continuously evaluate and propose improvements in our current process.
Work closely with the accounting team and support the team on accounting-related payroll issues.
Will take care of vacation planning in partnership with the Area Managers and HR Manager.
Support the implementation of a system to track hours and execute the new process.
Perform the entire Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) and termination process, in addition to union relations.
Requisitos
Experiência:
Academic degree in HR Management, and related areas.
Work experience from processing payroll and benefits.
Excellent MS Excel skills.
An excellent communicator, flexible, structured and has an attention for details.
A quick learner who is comfortable taking ownership of given tasks and working independently.
Advanced English.
