The HR department is launching a temporary job rotation opportunity to support strategic improvements identified during our recent internal audit. This is your chance to contribute to company-wide enhancements, collaborate cross-functionally, and gain valuable HR experience.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Policy Development & Review
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies to align with current best practices and compliance standards.
- Research industry benchmarks and contribute to the creation of missing policy documents.
- Support the organization and formatting of HR documents for clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to prepare rollout materials for updated policies.
- Operational Performance Management Process
- Help design a structured performance evaluation process for operational-level employees.
- Collect input from various departments to ensure the new process is practical, fair, and effective.
Requisitos e qualificações
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Interest in people operations, communication, or organizational development
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Comfortable working with documentation and internal systems
- Able to work collaboratively across teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Proficiency working in english
