• VMware Virtual Center Operations and Management
• Control of Firewall and Access Points
• Printers management
• Local Systems monitoring (Home Office System monitoring, when necessary)
• Help Desk services (Interacting with the supporting Team)
• Maintenance and troubleshooting management
• User Adoption, Education & Policies
• O365 Administrator Portal
• Teams Administrator Portal
• Azure Administrator Portal
• Setup and Maintain local Hardware vendors
• Able to work in a fast paced environment

• Familiar with Help Desk Ticket Systems

Required Knowledge / Experience
• Hardware and Software for Network and PC environments
• TCP/IP protocol
• Cisco Switching
• Operative Systems: Windows 10 / 11 PC
• MS Office 365 Suite
• Active Directory Administrator
• Azure Active Directory Administrator
Preferred Knowledge / Experience
• Windows 2012 R2 / 2019 R2 server
• Lotus Notes – Domino
• VMware ESX 5.x
• Users Management (Active Directory & LDAP)
• Security (CheckPoint) & Networking (CISCO - HP) Devices and Software
• A+ Certification
• Microsoft Certification
