REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Spanish will be a plus.
• Solid proven experience in Human Resources, Training and/or People Development.
• Instructional design experience presenting topics related to values, principles, and soft skills.
• Exceptional presentation, workshop facilitation and influencing skills.
• Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into practical application.
• Proficiency in various Microsoft Office tools, employee engagement platforms, learning management systems and video presentations and meetings.
• Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends for presence and cross-shift support.
• Mobility to Indaiatuba/SP.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resources Team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and continuous improvement driven Human Resources Business Partner to align HR and employee development initiatives with the business objectives and needs of our Indaiatuba, Brazilian team. The HR Partner will work closely with leadership and employees to help shape behaviors and skills that support our Company business philosophy. This role is both strategic and hands-on, focusing on employee relations, performance/talent management, coaching/development, training, and coordinating people strategy.
• Partner with Company’s Brazil leadership and employees to build a comprehensive people strategy in line with the culture and business goals, including support with new employee selection.
• Collaborate with managers and supervisors to support the performance management process.
• Be a reliable “trust partner” for employees for coaching and support with development plans and performance improvement plans to support our continuous improvement mindset.
• Conduct employee touch base meetings, including onboarding check-ins and exit interviews.
• Lead the effort to use continuous improvement teams to streamline processes and drive Operational Excellence.
• Serve as an HR liaison for questions and support related to benefits, recruiting, payroll and employee relations.
• Develop communication strategies for company announcements, policies, etc.
• Design and deliver engaging business philosophy training for production, office and remote employees, including utilizing blended learning tools and adult learning theory to enhance the skills and guide the behaviors of our employees, leads and supervisors.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve engagement and learning outcomes.
• Serve as a representative for department Group Continuous Improvement Advisory Teams.
• Support leadership with organizational design and effectiveness as needed.
• Collaborate with key partners and stakeholders on processes to build an excellent employee experience.
