Consult and partner with HR stakeholders on a broad range of people-related topics, including employee relations, leadership development, recruitment, compensation, organizational design, diversity and many others.
Engage and support the business with succession planning and workforce planning, including the development of leadership talent across the business.
Continuously update, expand, and proactively communicate, this knowledge to all relevant internal stakeholders across lines of business and functions.
Facilitate change and seize opportunities to introduce improvements to current practices and procedures.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders and HR colleagues to enhance communication flow.
Be an agent of change.
Graduation in Psychology, with a postgraduate degree in people management.
Solid experience as a HRBP.
Experience in talking to managers, coaching, identifying process improvements, and suggesting specific development programs for teams.
Ability to understand our business and develop people to reach their goals and work collaboratively and develop strong working partnerships with clients as well as HR colleagues.
Previous experience in IT companies or fintechs.
Advanced English.
