Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is creating a team to be focused on the Product Led Growth (PLG) strategy, and for that, we need a Growth Product Designer. This role is going to be equally focused on scaling the business and delivering a user-centric product – acting as the bridge between the two. They are a strategic contributor to the product development and optimization process. Their job is centered around ideating and implementing product changes that build virality and growth into the fabric of the product. It’s the job of the Growth Designer to help the Growth Team build a product that will inherently drive adoption and growth.
Product optimization implies they have a passion for onboarding and activation of the product experience with a bias for visual design, onboarding/activation, prototyping, rapid iteration. For that, Design is a critical component of growth.

The Growth Designer is focused on building top quality products and features, identifying system problems and design solutions from UX and UI point of view. They are often concerned with UX changes from the marketing landing page through trial signup through to the "aha" moment. They spend their time testing, researching, designing, and validating the best possible solutions for growth.
They must balance between the business objective and the customer problem and use a wide-angle lens when solving product challenges. They’re looking at the big picture – not only from a product but also from a business point of view. They actively look at and propose product changes that bring growth opportunities, always being conscious of the business value of their design work. They bring a maturity of knowledge and past experience around usability principles, heuristic evaluation, and other products’ growth strategies. They understand the importance of hitting KPIs to grow. They enjoy problem-solving and collaboration, and share a serious commitment to delivering the best possible product experience.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Design leadership: You're comfortable kicking-off abstract projects before goals and vision are fully defined and collaborate to define measurable milestones. You regularly and clearly articulate your design process, key decisions, and the information and insights that informed your decisions.
- Customer onboarding: Growth Designers look across the entire customer lifecycle. One of the most critical areas for growth in the early stages of the customer’s product experience begins with signup for the appropriate user journey.
- Experimentation and optimization: Growth Designers need to quickly improve product experiences. They rely heavily on technology to quickly spin up new experiments to test their hypotheses - including user tracking, A/B testing, user interviewing, and other skills to improve user experience, product design, and assess success.
- Data driven: The Growth Designer looks to real-time analytics to continually improve our products and the customer experience. They understand that metrics tracking customer engagement, satisfaction, adoption, and retention are key to shaping the success of the product experience, and thus, the success of our business. They love numbers, but are obsessed with the customer experience, and the customer’s ability to feel the impact from our product is always our number one goal. They will need to monitor both these experience metrics and business KPIs.
- Collaboration: Growth Designers collaborate with the Growth Product Manager and Engineering Leads and with leadership to prioritize problems and opportunities. They are an ambassador for design who brings diverse stakeholders together to align and work together to solve problems.

Necessary Qualifications
- Solid experience working in the product design industry in-house or consultative.
- Degree or equivalent experience in User Experience Design, Interactive Media, Human factors, Usability, or Information Design.
- A portfolio of end-to-end product design work that showcases your involvement, from research and discovery to visual design and engineering implementation support, and demonstrates your ability to ship products that users love.
- Great eye for design, with a strong understanding of both UX/UI design disciplines.
- Experience with the product development life cycle, conducting user interviews, rapid prototyping (Lean UX and Design Thinking), designing for multiple audiences and devices, and UX research and testing.
- Experience using prototyping/wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Experience Design, Adobe Illustrator etc.
- Experience designing for enterprise software.
- Skills in motion, illustration, or design systems, UX writing, web accessibility.
