Position Summary
Responsible for delivery on all aspects of the IMDS Service within the respective operating areas as well as ownership and execution of tactical actions that support the Americas Region business strategies. The Senior Manager shall drive the service provision towards delivering a pro-active Integrity Management Service, encapsulating RCM/RBA/RBI engineering, Fabric Maintenance management and strategies, Inspection services, and data driven digital solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities

Full P&L responsibility for the services provided within the region;

Accountable for supporting and collaborating with Sales and Business Development for the strategic growth of IMDS Services within the respective region/countries;

Ensure team compliance with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) HSE policies;

Ensure team compliance with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) QA policies;
-
Accountable for the fulfillment of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s contractual obligations in the region’s portfolio;
-
Manage and Lead employees through leadership aligned to Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) standards. Actively men-tor, develop and promote talent;

Have intimate knowledge and understanding of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) and IMDS long term strategies and devise and execute short and medium term strategies as well as tactical actions that support the fulfillment of those;

Work with other IMDS Groups across the division and region to develop and enhance the service provision;

Develop and enhance functional capability within the service line and maintain a fit for purpose organization at all times;

Manage and provide a service that encapsulates best in class methodologies and concepts such as RCM,RBA/RBI, Barrier Management, Risk Based Inspections and Predictive modelling/Data Driven Analysis, topside and subsea;

Actively support the development of inspection services within Information Formulation and Remote Monitoring as well as advanced inspections and NDT.

Build and Manage customer relationships at a senior level;

Ensure that the best practices, technology, techniques and innovation, developed and implemented across similar integrity contracts are applied within responsible service offerings.

Facilitate and drive continuous improvement of the IMDS process between Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) and the client within and across various assets

Technically capable of provision of management, support and mentoring to others of integrity services for onshore, offshore and subsea facilities, including but not limited to:
-Risk Assessments e.g RCM/RBA/RBI and management associated programs
-Development of Asset Integrity Strategies e.g inspection or maintenance strategies
-Remote monitoring strategies and data management
-Technical engineering support in relevant disciplines
-Engineering studies in connection with all Life of Field aspects (e.g FEED, Modifications, Life Extension, End of Life, Decommissioning)
-Optimization studies and data driven analysis to maximize client Return on Effort
-Failure investigations and root cause analysis
-Reliability and Risk studies (e.g RAM, Bow-Tie)
- Expected to carry out assignments and studies on a hands on basis as part of the development of the service;
Qualifications

Advanced English.

Degree qualified in an engineering discipline.

Good experience from integrity related work.

Experience in a managerial role
-
Experience in delivery of financial targets, budgets and proposals.

Must be familiar with QA/QC systems and procedures, service quality and customer satisfaction
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Working knowledge of planning software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera)
