Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Realizar code reviews e garantir a qualidade técnica das entregas;
- Desenvolver demandas e prototipar soluções em IA e dados;
- Propor e validar arquiteturas de sistemas em nuvem (AWS);
- Participar de discussões técnicas e estratégicas com parceiros e equipes;
- Liderar o time, promovendo boas práticas de engenharia e colaboração ágil;
- Avaliar e implementar soluções com AWS Bedrock, RAG, GenAI Ops e frameworks de IA multiagente.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Sólido conhecimento em Python;
- Experiência com arquitetura de soluções e dados;
- Domínio de AWS (principalmente Bedrock, Lambda, S3, EC2, etc.);
- Experiência com GenAI, RAG e multiagentes;
- Vivência com GenAI Ops e boas práticas de governança de IA;
- Atuação prévia com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban);
- Experiência em code review e boas práticas de desenvolvimento.
- Atuação em liderança técnica, visão estratégica e foco em resultados;
- Desejável: Experiência em projetos de fidelidade, pontuação ou varejo digital; Conhecimento em infraestrutura como código (IaC) e CI/CD; Vivência com integração de serviços AWS e pipelines de dados.
