Will take care of answering questions from employees and managers regarding payroll, vacation, and benefits.
Continuously evaluate and propose improvements in our current process and policies.
Work closely with the accounting team and support the team on accounting-related payroll issues.
Will take care of vacation planning in partnership with the Area Managers and HR Manager.
Support the implementation of a system to track hours and execute the new process.
Perform the entire hiring and termination process, in addition to union relations.
Will work with labor matters with the union and attorney?s support.
