Responsibilities:

The company Start is expanding its content experiences for its billion plus users on the Windows platforms. Its portfolio will soon include Professionally Generated Content (PGC) whose consumption is growing exponentially among our users with the rise of Creator platforms worldwide.

We are commencing work on its implementation which will revolve around all sorts of Creators’ content. Key attributes of this role will be research, outreach, onboarding, retention, engagement, performance management, etc. This activity will be performed across several verticals/categories/interests in many countries and languages globally. We will be focusing on Health, Finance, Gaming and Videos in the near term.

To help with this quest, Microsoft is looking for candidates with a large experience of digital content experiences. These candidates will largely focus on identifying Creators, onboarding and retaining them across verticals globally. Familiarity with online content publishing toolsprocesses is a must, as is an experience in working with Business Development (BD) and Engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have abilities to:

Research and generate insights to drive business strategy.

Conduct competitive landscape research in the creator economy.

Manage outreach to individual Creators and Industry groups.

Identify a core list of creators/authors and industry groups.

Manage onboarding and retention processes end to end for the Creators.

Work with all kinds of content genres like text, pictures, graphics, audio, videos.

Key responsibilities include:

Running the regular operations of individuals/groups of Creators.

Working with checklists and guidelines to publish content that matches global standards.

Determining the right content mix from Creators across a variety of Interests and Topics like Finance, Health, Gaming and Videos.

Creating strategies to promote contents across all entry points to drive engagement for the Creators’ contents.

Working closely with Engineering teams when required to develop or enhance storytelling and publishing tools.

Basic qualifications:

Solid experience in digital content business.

Great xperience in working with content creators and publishers.

Ability to work across boundaries with shared objectives and a passion around immersive content experiences.

Experience and keen understanding of online publishing tools and content management systems.

Great experience of using metrics-reporting packages to manage business performance.

Fluent in Portuguese and Advanced English.
