Zurich Airport, which already invested in Floripa and Confins, is now expanding its operations in Brazil. We are looking for the team that will lead the new concessions of Vitória and Macaé Airports
Job Description
• Researching compensation and benefits policies and plans;
• Creation and improvement of salary, benefit and bonus systems;
• Alignment of all compensation systems to general conditions of the labor market as well as on legal regulations;
• Monitoring government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends;
• Preparing and updating salary scales;
• Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for senior executive team;
• Preparing and updating job descriptions and occupational classifications;
• Ensuring company is compliant with state and federal laws.
The Candidate
We are looking for professionals that want to be part of the infrastructure history in Brazil. In this stage, you are going to face more questions than answers, so we are looking for candidates that see the big picture, are independent and problem solvers. Having open and direct communications will also be key. As part of the transition team, you will work with multiple stakeholders to develop best-in-class airports
• In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor law;
• Knowledge of payroll and HR systems;
• Practical experience in the field of compensations and benefits is a differentiating factor;
• Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization;
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in HR Management
• Fluent English skills;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Good analytical skills and, at best, experience with quantitative data collection;
• Knowledge about different options of compensation and ways to motivate people.
• Airport experience is a (big) plus
